We have experience managing and maintaining clients' interests in the process of requesting bankruptcy and postponement of debt repayment obligations in the Commercial Court as we play a role in representing the Sharia Finance Industry maintaining claims based on Sharia Financing Agreements, in order to continue to offset the losses of the Company / Customer bankruptcy assets which are declared by the Commercial Court in bankruptcy.

As an AKPI Member, DSP Advocates can also be appointed by the Petitioner as the Curator in the Bankruptcy process or as an Executive in the Debt Delay Obligation (PKPU) process.
